Here is a list of mail reflectors that we host on the CARA website.  Most of them have very little traffic.  Feel free to join a feed and send an email to introduce your self.  To subscribe to any of these lists click on the link.  This will open an email to send to the list.  Put the word "Subscribe" in the subject and wait for the confirmation to arrive.
