Meetings are held most Monday nights, and many Tuesday nights from September to June. Of course there are exceptions and you should check this page. You should also listen to the club repeater VE6RYC, 146.850 MHz -600 for meeting notices and club information. Special notes or location changes are highlighted in red. General Meeting General meetings are held the fourth Monday of every other month at 1930.

Location: Calgary Sports Car Club at the corner of 80th Ave and 44 St NE. | | CARATELS (the seniors' group) | First Wednesday of the month. Lunch at 1130, meeting & programme starting at 1230. Location: Golden Age Club Boardroom, 610 - 8th Avenue S.E | | VHF/Digital & ATV | Third Monday of the month at 1930 Location: DeVry Institute, 2700-3rd Avenue S.E. (NE corner of Barlow Trail and Memorial Drive) | | Executive | The third Tuesday of the month, at 1930, the night after VHF. Executive meetings are open to all members. However, unless the chairperson rules otherwise, only members of the executive have speaking rights.Location: DeVry Institute, 2700-3rd Avenue S.E. (NE corner of Barlow Trail and Memorial Drive) | Coffee Klatch Coffee Klatch is held every Saturday morning from about 0930 to 1200.
